Paguera (Peguera) is an international resort, but predominently more popular with the German tourists, although several new British and Irish bars have been established in recent years. The resort consists of three sandy beaches, with a promenade, lined with bars and restaurants, at the back of them, linking all three beaches. At the back of the promenade is a pedestrianised shopping street with a good selection of quality shops, and not just your average tourist 'tat'! There are other streets off the main shopping street, all with some good restaurants and bars in them. Water sports and boat trips are available from all three beaches. For the younger vistors, there are a couple of night clubs, and there are also live music bars. |
