C'an Picafort is located in the Bay of Alcudia and is noted for its long golden sands and sand dunes. But the resort has much more to offer than the beach. The promenade is one of the nicest in Mallorca and the pedetrianised streets make shopping a pleasure. Interspersed among the shops is a good choice of bars, cafes and restaurants. The main road from Arta to Alcudia runs through the resort, and there are more shops, hotels, bars and restaurants, along this part of the resort, which is larger than many people think. There is a road mini train which runs around the resort. |
