Cala Mesquida is dominated by the Viva holiday complex, and has a natural beach with fine sand which is reached from the village by steps down to it, or by driving to the back of the beach. There is a supermarket and gift shops, and a few bars and restaurants. Night time entertainment is restricted to the complexes. There are spectacular views over the Mediterranean from the headland. The larger resort of Cala Ratjada, with its abundance of shops and restaurants, is only 5 kilometres away. |
